Organoid Technology Using Human Induced Pluripotent STEM Cells (iPSCS)

Organoids derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are 3D miniaturized, self-organizing structures that mimic the architecture and function of human organs. These systems have transformed our ability to study human development, disease, and therapeutic response in vitro with enhanced biological relevance over traditional 2D culture models.

iPSCs provide an unlimited and ethically sourced starting material to generate diverse organoid systems, including brain, intestine, liver, kidney, and retina.
